We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of a vibrant city. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our experience was personalized and unforgettable. The hotel was tastefully furnished, with spacious rooms and a refreshing courtyard pool. The breakfast was delicious, especially the perfect cup of coffee. We also enjoyed the option to relax in a hammock and feel right at home. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the historic center of the city. we highly recommend Boutique By The Museo for a delightful and unique stay.

Loved the fact that they offered concierge medical attention in English and had a range of options for dining, catering to different preferences and allergies. The hotel is conveniently located near places to shop and explore.

Honestly, I don't have much to complain about. The Wi-Fi could have been better, but it didn't detract too much from the overall experience.

This hotel made my business trip to Yucatan stress-free and enjoyable. the rooms were beautifully decorated with art and the grounds were picturesque. I particularly enjoyed the delicious cuisine and the helpfulness of the staff. the location is also very convenient given its proximity to local attractions and amenities.

The lack of English-speaking TV channels was a bit of a drawback for me as I like to relax in the evening with a good show after a long day of work. the internet connection was not always reliable, which was frustrating as I needed to be in touch with my colleagues back home.

Great location close to everything in the historic center of this city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a nice kitchenette and fridge. The staff even left a welcoming fruit bowl on arrival and cold beers in the fridge.

Guests can enjoy a beautiful bathroom and quality service, and wake up to a delicious breakfast while listening to live piano music in a beautiful courtyard. the pool is perfect for a refreshing cool down after a hot day in the city, and there is a lot of attention to detail throughout the hotel.

The hotel does not offer a gym facility for fitness enthusiasts.

This hotel was a luxurious and exclusive venue that met all of our needs. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were fantastic places to relax and unwind, while the spa center offered a range of massage treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. We loved the beautiful garden area, which was a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the live entertainment was sometimes too loud, which made it difficult to have a conversation in the bar/lounge area. this was a small downside to an otherwise perfect stay.
